Service was slow. Rest stop was in a surprisingly nice location, although we were here for almost 40 minutes rather than the 20 minutes we were told.

Our trip to Bangkok from PP couldn't have been smoother. It was a long day, but the seats were comfy, the driver was friendly, and we stopped just the right amount of times for food and bathroom breaks. They also made the border crossing really smooth.

I use Mekong Express regularly and I like them, overall. They are usually very dependable, however some of their vehicles are not well maintained. On my last trip, we had to listen to a faulty "door-ajar' alarm which sounded through the entire trip.
