Air conditioner could be better

Hotel pickup was good. Bus interior was okay but the bus broke down half way through the journey. 2 and a half hours later and a nice new bus turned up to take us to the final destination. Company needs better maintenance plan as this seems quite common!

Always great, sometimes slow due to border activities, but it’s not the company’s fault , all in all great as usual

It's not a VIP service seats are not really comfortable, no service at Orussey neither on board, no service at the border... Passengers with too much luggages and noisy, only one stop (except the border), driver using cellphone driving, driving too fast
