Arrived on time. Left 5 mins late which is acceptable. Kind of cramped for long legged people. It was a 3pm schedule so expect a hot day; air conditioning wAs not as powerful but as the soon went down, became bearable and enough.Arrived safely after 5h30m

The seat was quite uncomfortable since I couldn’t adjust it to my liking but overall, great service. Keep up the good work!

I booked for departure time at 1:30 but one day before departing I got the confirmation from bookmebus that staff got confuse on inputting my booking by change to 1:00pm.

The Larryta office has closed in Sihanoukville and the contact number is for Virak Buntham who were not helpful.

I had to change my date for the ticket and BookMeBus was very helpful in promptly doing so in a day of time. Also online help was very helpful.

I would book their service again for my next trip.

Overall service is great. Since we're in the Digital Age i still choose booking online. And i find Bookmebus is really useful. Fast easy reliable, always get the seat that i want. more over they have the best support. Keep up the good work.
