Everything went really well. The bed was comfortable and we got there on time. One small issue was that after I booked, they phoned and asked me to get a different bus 15 minutes earlier. My ticket said the original time and this confused the staff.

Everything was great expect the aircon was too cold to sleep soundly.

All good, but a little cramped

All good, but the trip regularly takes 40 min longer than announced. The information regarding the duration of the trip should be corrected. Surely locals know that the drive will take longer.
