The van is exceptionally clean, but they took on a lot of extra luggage which was stored in front of my feet, at the door. The driver did sometimes drive very fast, but he was punctual and it was a pretty good trip.
Kim Seng were great at the depot in allowing me to change my booking from Kampot to Kep, for just $2. Trip was great and I would use them again.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Stop all the time and then drive faster to not lose more time. Very dangerous and worried for my kids. Take other bus company, Kim Seng Express only has crazy drivers.
This trip was the worst I ever made in Cambodia. The driver was particularly dangerous: no listen when ask to slow down, no slow down when cross a village, drive with phone, make 2 people sick and vomit, pass the cars with no visibility. AVOID ASAP
Fantastic journey. The staff and driver were very welcoming and helpful. The Van is clean and comfortable and they were very accommodating when I asked for a change of seats. Excellent!
