Everything seems alright as plan. Anyway, it is great respond by Book Me Bus. I do love your service, it way better than dealing directly with Bus Company.

Although I had to cancel my trip with Bayonne, I found the staff extremely helpful and willing to assist me with a pleasant journey. I will use them in the future and thank them for their assistance

The bus was on time at departure but 2 hours late at arrival
Slow courier service/transport

Wasted an hour driving around Phnom Penh picking up/dropping off packages and locals, the driver had his phone to his ear 60% of the trip. Then we stopped for the driver to have lunch. Over an hour late arriving. Would take giant ibis next time
