The trip was good but we were not given any water, and the driver was a bit erratic and made us a little nervous at times, but I would use the company again. I have used them before. The van was a little small, but the seats very comfortable and aircon ok

Uncomfortable, not respecting schedule, delayed more than 1 hour because of lack of customer. Drop in & Drop off walk in guest like a Taxi. Very inconvenient and bad experience.

The driver spent most of the time on his phone so he drived with only one hand, sometimes no hand because he was eating. It would be a good idea for the manager of the company to provide earphones to his drivers. Quieter and safer for passengers.

HORRIBLE DRIVER Talked on phone the whole time while driving FAST! AT NIGHT! IN THE RAIN! Almost hit another car TWICE Went to buy food for himself, made passengers wait. Turned on loud music, passengers have to tell him to turn off. Unsafe & Rude
