Never go with Buva Sea, their service is the worst. We had a delay already and then they said there was a big whale?! so we could not leave. We had to buy a new ticket from another company GTVC which was amazing! So go for GTVC!

we sat at back of boat & found we had to hold on very tight to weather covers to stop them from flapping in our face. got very very wet. boat way too over crowded. people sitting out front of boat & going extremely fast. not good.

Leaving on time

Left later than expected and was crammed a little too full. Trip itself was fairly short.

Frustrating that even though I bought this ticket separate from my ticket to Koh Rong (at additional cost) I was denied a spot because the boat was already booked. Had to use a different service to get back to Sihanoukville.

The trip isn't 30 min as they said, it's 1h since it stops in 3 stops in Koh Rong and then it goes to Sihanoukville. It came late and with these unexpected stops we almost loose our bus from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. The staff was very unfriendly.

BS Ferry irresponsible! we arrived in different pier from KRong. BS said there'll be a FREE pickup to main pier. but because of there was a little problem with our ticket, free shuttle LEFT us. we have to spent extra USD15 for tuktuk to go main pier.

Really annoying to be transferred to another pier from the main office. Delayed for over one hour transferring from shuttle to bus to ferry. Return trip met expectations.

The boat was more than 1.5h late and the inspector was absolutely incompetent to organise the queue and the different queus + boat times. To make it worse, the acessibility to the boat was quite bad as the wooden stairs were broken and fixed to old seats
