• Depends on the real situation, your selected seat(s) may be modified. You will get your seat number(s) after receiving the ticket

• Travelers must have: Valid Passport (and Visa), Vaccination Card and other required documents. No reimbursement will be given if travelers are denied entry to Cambodia or Vietnam due to a lack of proper documentation, thus passengers must first apply for an electronic visa prior to the departure day.

• The traveler must check in at the boarding area at least 30 minutes before departure. The traveler must provide Visa/Passport information to the bus service provider inspector. So they can review it in advance and protect it against any issues during cross-border processing.

• For land border crossings, Vietnam does not provide Visa on Arrival (VOA). If you need a visa, you must already have a valid one for Vietnam; otherwise, you won't be able to board the bus.

• Those entering Vietnam must already have the visa prior to departure.if one is needed. You would have to complete the immigration process on your own. Please move as quickly as you can because the bus is not allowed to linger at the border checkpoint for an extended period of time because it might leave without you and the operator is not responsible for this. (BookMeBus advises passengers to complete their e-visa prior departure day)

• It's travelers' responsibility to do immigrant procedures in Bavet Checkpoint (Cambodia) and Moc Bai Checkpoint (Vietnam).

• The purchased tickets are not refundable

• The ticket will be considered as invalid for late or no show-up by the departure time.

• BookMeBus will not make any refund related to the operator’s complimentary services such as pickup service, Wi-Fi, Snack, outlet, and so on.

• The travel duration shown in this trip is estimated based on Long Phuong Bus's transit experience, however it possibly takes longer depending on road condition, rainy season, immigrant procedure, etc.

• Parents may hold infants (below 3 years old) without purchasing an additional ticket.

• Passengers are allowed to bring one luggage and one small cabin luggage. Please note that the weight of your luggage should not exceed 15 kg. Overweight bags may be subject to an additional charge.

• You must have your own responsibility on your luggage with the officers at the border.

• Livestock, pets, weapons, illegal products and hazardous material are prohibited aboard the bus. You should not bring strong smelling food items onto the bus (like durian, etc.).
