Delayed departure, arrival 3 hours later for no reason, stopping for toilet in the middle of the field instead of gas station for no reason! Going very slow on express way

1. Do not allow loud noises of Facebook, videos, loud songs on van because it bothers other passengers. 2. Driver left Kep at 10am instead of 9:45. 3. Have all passengers meet at Rabbit Island station for easy pick up. Thanks again

Departure late, very slow on express way, flat tyre on the way (but dealt with quite quickly), vehicle in not very good condition, driving unreasonably slow

Instead of one bus, they made us wait 2h somewhere and made us take one tuktuk and 2 different buses, we were not on the seats we reserved, and we arrived 2h45min late at destination. We did not even get an apology or a reimbursement. This is unacceptable
