They let us waiting over 1 hour. So bad

Van not in good repair -- aircon not strong, the door did not always close properly. Their rest stop is not very good. The driver made more than 10 stops for picking up or dropping off packages etc. We left at 7:30, only arrived 1pm. Not VIP.

We arrived 1hr 30 minutes later than we were told. We stopped for a toilet break and without telling us the driver drove off to pick up other passengers. We just had to wait and girl he came back. He did after ten minutes.
