I was notified the evening before that my bus was changed from 930am to 7am. While some might find that as a disruption to their plans, I took it as a logistical issue and was happy that they informed me as soon as they could and in English.

The bus seat 2 had a broken seat belt that tore my pants. You changed my bus leaving time. The driver was always passing and beeping and singing to his music on the phone. Pretty bad experience.
