Good and safe
The driver was great however the journey wasn't so comfortable. The seats I had allocates were given to local people so I was forced to sit right at the back of the bus. No explanation was given as to why I could not have the seats I had booked.
The journey was quick however not the most comfortable. I had booked two tickets but didn't get my assigned seats - instead my seats were given to locals and I was shunted to the back of the bus where leg room and air were limited. should have had my seat

The worst experience ever. Apparently our 3 seats were booked as 1 seat so we had to sit on the floor. I would like to have my money back for the shittiest ride in history. You should be happy that the ride was so hard we didnt manage to complain on FB...
0 communication with the driver. No English at all. We stopped on the way and I haven't been informed why and for how long. Took us 2h longer. My stuff was chucked on the ground when we arrived. The worst trip ever, Same with a service.
