Booked our seats on the book me bus website got picked up and taken to change buses onto a small coach not what we had booked at all had to sit in the aisle on broken seats. Would not recomend

They cancelled my journey, leaving me without transportation 2 hours before departure. Super unpolite on the phone, shouting and hunging up the phone. Unadmissible, they still didn’t learn what politeness and client service means.

We have never tryed a trip so bad as this. The driver was driving mad and we had to ask him to slowdown, as he was taking to many chances to overtake other cars

Safe driver. Old van, an air conditioner didn’t work in appropriate way. Departure was late on 3o min

The driver wanted two of us to share a seat for over 2 hours to Kampot. This would have been extremely uncomfortable and the manager was only willing to offer us one free ticket despite making two people very uncomfortable.

Bus was 90 minutes late
