Our suggested transport options:
A moto dop or tuk-tuk can be arranged easily from the front of Virak Buntham bus station or Banlung market. A one-way journey will cost 5000 Riels (USD $1.25) by moto dop or USD $5-$7 by tuk-tuk.
Alternatively, a motorbike hire service for $5 a day is offered by local tour operators and guest houses in Banlung (a bicycle will cost approximately $3 a day)
At 12noon you will be driven by motorbike back to Yeak Laom lake. You can choose to swim, relax, or walk the perimeter of the lake as you wish. However, you will need to organise your own transport back to Banlung. Yeak Laom management staff would be happy to assist in arranging a tuk-tuk or moto dop as required.
