Dear All Passenger
According to report from our value customer about visa and immigration scam at Thailand - Cambodia border, We would like to announce that our company have no policy of doing any visa or vip immigration at border at all. PLEASE DO NOT believe anyone claiming to be our staff on this scam. Just proceed directly to immigration officer counter only. You can help us by informing date of departure, bus number, and picture of his/her who try to convince or force you to use their service and post on Nattakan Cambodia facebook. We will work closely with involved officer to solve this scam.
Border processing procedures and tips:
- Once arrived at the border (Poipet), the bus will drop passengers off for border processing. Note, you can keep your luggage on the bus while you walk through the border (direct bus is very safe with this).
- The same bus will wait for you in front of Grand Diamond Casino which can only be seen after the stamping process. Tip! Remember how your bus and the driver's face looks like. Especially, the plate number because there is a chance that another Nattakan's bus which different direction might stop next to your bus.
- You will be given a card to wear to be identified as Nattakan's passengers. This helps when you got lost.
- Now you need to go to various checkpoints in order to stamp out of the country you come from. It normally takes 1 to 2 hours depends on how crowded it is.
- Find your bus and you are safe :)

- Please note that Nattakan has no policy of doing any visa or vip immigration at border, so just proceed directly to immigration officer counter only. Visa issuance takes about 1 - 2 hours.
- Sometimes a route may be serviced by a partner operator of "operator". If you have a problem with this please speak directly to their staff about refund, alternative transport, etc. Please do not take their partner's transport and then ask BookMeBus for a refund. Only the "operator" can issue this refund.
- "Bus Operator " Sometimes there are seats duplicated happen. if you have problem with change seat number, please speak to their staffs directly on the day of travel
- We could not control if the amenities Bus Company is really offer, so we could not be responsible for actual quality of the bus operator’s amenities (i.e., bus seats, wifi, CD Player, TV, toilet, air conditioning, water).
- Passengers have to attend to bus terminal 20 minutes before departure time.
- Passengers do not come on time, their tickets are worthless.
- Ticket purchased is non-refundable.
- Tickets are exchangeable for 1 time only up to 3 months from the date of purchase. Please inform us 48 hours before departure time via email: support@bookmebus.com. Just change the ticket for the same route, not allow to change the ticket for the opposite route or other routes.
- Passengers must present their e-ticket in order to board the bus.
- BookMeBus will not make any refund related to operator’s complimentary services such as pickup service, Wi-Fi, Snack, outlet, and so on.
- If pickup service request confirmed, passengers must be ready and wait for pickup service bus at the lobby in their hotel or guesthouse during 1 hour before departure time. Please always inform your receptionist about your upcoming pickup.
- BookMeBus is not responsible for no-show and/or late passengers who missed their pickup.
- Parents may hold infants (below 3 years old) without purchasing an additional ticket.
- Passengers are allowed to bring one luggage and one small cabin luggage. Please note that the weight of your luggage should not exceed 20Kg for bus and 15Kg VIP Van. Overweight bags may be subject to an additional charge.
- Livestock, pet, weapons, illegal products and hazardous material are prohibited aboard the bus. Passengers may not bring strong smelling food items onto the bus (ie. durian, prohok, etc.).
