Drive took 9hrs between destinations. Almost double the advertised 5hrs.

Bus trip did not exist. No bus at 2:30. We would like refund for booking bus that did not exist

WORST BUS EVER. I'd give no stars if possible. Bus arrived 1hr30mins late. Driver, arrogant,rude, spent most of the time on his phone. Passed on blind bends, speed through road works. Tried to extort US dollars from all the foreigners. USE ANOTHER COMPANY

Disgusting service. Driver late, dirty and unhygienic van, EXTREMELY DANGEROUS driving. uncomfortable and sore seats. very hot with dirty dusty AC and BookMeBus Can not help you as their customer service is bad. This is false advertising and illegal.

Would not recommend the bus ride from Phnom Penh to Koh Kong with Vibol: mini bus was unsafe, belts didn't work, the driver was careless on the road and overall, it felt like a dangerous bus ride.

Bus vétuste mais confortable… pas beaucoup de place pour les jambes mais comme dans tous les minivan.
