In general, the service was very good e.g. Seating comfortably, driving safely, ahead of scheduling, tuktuk arrangement at drop-off point.....
Very good service, best bus company I've had in Cambodia. The trip to Sihanoukville had a stop at The Stop, which is an extremely clean and nice rest stop.
comfortable, big bus, good A/C, functioning WIFI + plugs for charging, a little late but because of the traffic, not companies fault.. includes snack + water - best service for the price. nice stop for toilet + food.

Driver used his horn constantly on poor motorbike drivers who were as far to the right as possible. I had seat 2B as did another passenger; luckily the bus was not full.
Very good journey. The company gave us snacks and water at the starts. We arrived on time with no issue. I recommend.
I enjoyed the ride to Siem Reap from Phnom Penh. Well equipped bus, received water and snack, good service, modern bus, WIFI, electricity and A/C. I would choose PSD Express every time again.
