Can't give a rating, sadly. Had to change travel plans due to the COVID-19 situation and were not issued a refund, although we cancelled "within 48 hours" as stated in Bookmebus T&C. Disappointed there was no understanding for the unusual circumstances.

I don’t get to the bus yesterday due to the border change the policy. Do I get refund ?

I emailed you 3 days before to cancel my ticket as per your cancelation policy.. you did not even reply to me...and now you are asking a review on a trip i did not do! Joke? I need you to refund my credit card and comply to your ticket rules please!

la pulizia era un lontano ricordo. Molti sedili strappati e rotti. Cadevano gocce d' acqua su alcune poltrone x cui rattoppi creati al momento con le tendine. Con pochi euro in piu' trovi di meglio x lo standard europeo. Ottimo x pratiche doganali.

Safe and Fast

Bus was comfortable but i had a free seat next to me. They made me pay $1 for the visa stamp which I'm almost certain the guy pocketed as it's not required at the border. Bus broke down a couple times, we were 2 hours late. Made us get on and off bus lots

The bus tour itself was fine. A shame that there was goods tucked under the seats (no room for legs). GREAT job by the border, it went smooth However we did not know exactly what wss going on. It was an hour late, but it was OK
