Bus was broken, so we had to wait for more than a hour to get another bus. Driver didn't speak one word English, so he couldn't inform us what's going on. The driving time was stated as 4 hours, but it took more than 7 hours.

The driver didn't drive safely. PS: Also, he picked up passengers along the way, which seemed like it wasn't paid customers as he picked them up midway on the route and dropped them before the official drop off point and they paid him in cash.

Bookmebus gave me wrong address for the bus station. As a consequence, I had to pay to take another bus company and missed all my other connections. This ended up costing me an extra $150 total.

Your driver showed no care for the safety of his passengers. Very dangerous driving. Will not use Batyon again nor will we recommend to others too dangerous. Even Cambodian passengers were commenting on driving.

I'm not ok. In web tell me 5 hours but truth 8 hours 20 min. I'm late and can't check-in flight. I must buy new ticket of airplane.

Don’t use this bus agent. They have a fancy website and advertise with free WiFi and a bottle of water, but the seats in their mini-vans are as uncomfertable as can be and your sqeeuzed between locals who refresh their baby’s dirty dipers in the van!
