There were no clear instructions about how to find the ferry or safety instructions once on board. It was only as we were boarding the ferry we were told that we would have to change boat. The secon bat was overcrowded and two of our party had to stand.
Very late and resulted in people missing their flights. It also resulted in my having to get emergency accommodation in Sinoukville.
The ride was comfortable and it was good to have AC. The operators helped with getting the luggage on and off the boat. It only took 30 minutes to get to the island but much longer on the way back. The service was helpful when we nearly missed our boat.
Ferry to the island was fine; return ferry stopped in middle of water; crew got it working again, but we were late returning.
Good driver; prompt; could explain some places along the way.
Ferry was 40 Mins late; no safety instructions
Be sure to check when you book with this Ferry. The company didn't include that they were making a second stop in Koh Rong after pick up in KRS, which delayed us by an extra hour. They advertised a 40 min boat ride when it turned into almost 2 hours!
